Welcome to Reskindev ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website reskindev.com and our mobile applications (iOS & Android). By accessing or using our services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Reskindev is a premier digital solutions platform connecting clients with specialized software engineering, design, and marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile App Development (iOS & Android with Flutter / Native).
  • Full-Stack Web Development & CMS Solutions.
  • UI/UX Design and Prototyping.
  • Video Editing, Animation, and Promo Creation.
  • Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Strategy.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features or place an order, you must create an account via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Pricing: Service packages, scope, delivery times, and prices are clearly listed for each gig/service. Custom requirements may require custom pricing agreed upon before order commencement.
  • Payment: Orders must be verified and funded through approved payment methods before project execution begins.
  • Order Scope: Work will strictly follow the project scope, specifications, and package tier selected during order placement.

4. Project Delivery & Revision Policy

  • Delivery: We endeavor to complete and deliver project source code, assets, and builds within the agreed delivery timeframe.
  • Revisions: Revisions included in your selected package cover minor adjustments within the original project scope. Additional features or scope expansions outside the original agreement may incur extra charges.
  • Review Period: Upon delivery, the client has 7 days to review the work and request any necessary revisions or report defects.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment and final completion of the project:

  • Client Ownership: The client receives full intellectual property rights, licenses, and ownership of the customized deliverable (source code, graphics, videos, assets) created for their specific project.
  • Portfolio Display: Reskindev reserves the right to display non-confidential project mockups, preview screenshots, and public case studies in our portfolio, unless an explicit NDA has been agreed upon.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Pending Orders: Orders that have not yet entered active production ("Pending") may be cancelled by either party with full refund eligibility.
  • In-Progress Orders: If an order is cancelled while in progress, refund amounts (if applicable) will be evaluated based on the work already completed and milestones delivered.
  • Completed Orders: Once an order is fully completed and accepted by the client, funds become non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Request services intended for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or breach the infrastructure of Reskindev.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reskindev and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services, delays, third-party platform policy changes (e.g., App Store or Play Store approval policies), or service downtime.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
